Shipping Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, though we reserve the right to use other reliable carriers depending on the order.

Free Standard Shipping: The price of all products includes standard shipping within the continental United States.

Processing Time: Because every piece is handmade to order, our typical processing time is 1–4 weeks. Custom or personalized items may require additional time, which will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Expedited Shipping: We do not currently offer expedited shipping at checkout. However, if you need faster delivery, please contact me at GreatScottWoodworks@gmail.com and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping at checkout. That said, if you're located outside the US and interested in placing an order, please reach out to me at GreatScottWoodworks@gmail.com and we can work together to make arrangements.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the rare event of a damaged or lost shipment, please contact me immediately at GreatScottWoodworks@gmail.com. I'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
