I'm Michael Scott, the owner, craftsman, and one-man operation behind every piece you'll find here. I started Great Scott Woodworks in 2019 out of Pueblo West, Colorado, with a simple goal: to create beautiful, functional wood pieces that people will use and enjoy for a lifetime.

Every item I make is handcrafted to order from premium hardwoods like walnut, cherry, and maple. No two pieces are exactly alike — the natural grain, color, and character of the wood make each one truly one of a kind. Whether it's a cutting board that becomes your kitchen workhorse or a personalized gift that someone will treasure for years, I put the same care and attention into every single piece.

My specialty is end grain, edge grain, and face grain cutting boards, along with catch-all trays, cutting board stands, and seasonal pieces like my handmade Christmas tree dishes.
