Every piece I make is crafted with care, and your satisfaction means everything to me. If you need to initiate a return, please review the policy below.

  1. Return Window: You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

  2. Custom & Personalized Orders: Because each piece is made to order — including personalized and custom items — returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on my part.

  3. Return Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by your original receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on my part.

  5. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and bank processing times may extend beyond that window.
